Since becoming pregnant with her first
child she has continued to slip into her favourite tight leather
trousers and low-cut blouses.
But Kim Kardashian finally debuted a new chic maternity style on Thursday when she stepped out in a monochrome shift.
The
pregnant 32-year-old left her Beverly Hills home wearing a black and
white spliced ensemble which only showed a hint of her curves and hid
any sign of her growing baby bump.
The reality mogul paired the ensemble with more monochrome in the form of white stilettos and a simple black leather clutch.
Kim
allowed a pop of colour by wearing lashings of bright red lipstick on
her famous pout and slicked her hair back into a tight bun.
She also added an edgy black leather cuff for good measure.
When
Kim burst onto the scene on her reality show several years ago, she was
known for showing off her now famous curves in an array of
figure-flattering bodycon dresses.
Keeping covered: The pregnant 32-year-old left her
Beverly Hills home wearing a black and white spliced ensemble which only
showed a hint of her curves and hid any sign of her growing baby bump.
But when her boyfriend Kanye West came onto the scene, fans saw a style shift in Kim.
She began stepping out in several edgy and haute couture ensembles, many which failed to flatter her figure.
Most
assumed that the rapper was influencing her style and in one episode of
her hit reality series, Keeping Up With The Kardashian, he was even
seen dressing his girlfriend.
Ying and Yang: The reality mogul paired the
ensemble with more monochrome in the form of white stilettos and a
simple black leather clutch.
In a new interview with Us Weekly, Kim admits that she does try to please the Gold Digger star in the way she dresses.
'I dress for my man way more than for myself,' she says. He (Kanye) likes cool, drapey things. Very casual.'
The brunette star says these days she definitely sways to more monochrome shades.
Hell for leather: Kim has continued to wear her favourite leather through the early stages of her pregnancy.
'Mine is definitely more sleek, sophisticated and very monochromatic these days,' she explains.
Kim,
who has made her name and fortune from her hit reality show, recently
insisted that she would not be leaving the show after season nine.
Pleasing her man: In a new interview with Us
Weekly, Kim admits that she does try to please boyfriend Kanye West in
the way she dresse.
Addressing rumours that she would be
giving up the series, Kim admitted she didn't know where life would take
her, but said she is 'staying on through at least season 10' on her
Celebuzz page on Wednesday.
She
wrote: 'As everyone knows, we are extremely proud of the show and all
of us are staying on through at least season 10. The show remains to be
my number 1 priority and it’s a big part of my life and I enjoy every
moment of it.
'It has given me such a rare
opportunity to share more of my life with all of you and has brought my
family closer to each other. I’m looking forward to the new season and
beyond.'
She added: 'The fact is that I have
many goals that I still need to reach and accomplish and I (like so many
of you) don’t know where my life will be in the next couple of years,
but I’m looking forward to continuing this journey.'
The popular E! show is currently airing its seventh season.
It
had been suggested that Kim may want to leave the show following the
birth of her first child with Kanye, after claiming her baby will not
appear on television.
'I
think there's always an evolution of, you know, what you want to do in
life,' Kim had told DuJour Magazine. 'It's all about finding things that
really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again.
'I'm realising that no matter what, if
you go into something with all these expectations and plans, once
you're actually living it, it could be completely different.'
Kim
also told the publication that rapper Kanye has taught her 'a lot about
privacy', and after his own reluctance to appear in the series, perhaps
it wouldn't be a surprise if she did decide to bid farewell to the
Kardashian bubble.
'I'm
ready to be a little less open about some things, like my
relationships,' Kim added. 'I'm realising everyone doesn't need to know
everything. I'm shifting my priorities.'
